Well, it has both been a relief and tremendous satisfaction to finally pay proper tribute to the People's Princess. I am pleased to share my latest creation created out of a Franklin Mint Princess Diana. It has been so much fun undertaking this project.

Repaint is a new form of pop art, wherein the doll's face is treated like a three dimensional canvas, with the added challenge of painting within a very small area . Since dolls are basically miniature pieces, brush strokes and shading have to be very controlled and precise.

-- acrylic paint and ultra fine brushes

(Note: I am not in any way affiliated with Franklin Mint company)

All your dolls are created with skill and love, they match the character so well and have personality, you really have tremendous skill :) I'm not even a fan of dolls in general and I adore this. Lovely representation of a lovely woman!

I love this so much, and I loved Dianna so much.  I cried for four days when she died.   :(   This is a magnificent tribute to her!
