With Twilight's Eclipse currently showing and demonstrating box office draw, I have had a few requests received to create Edward and Bella from this third Twilight installment.
I appreciate your patience all this time and am excited to share with you a preview of my just completed Edward inspired by his promo poster from "Eclipse". This 17-inch miniature repaint shows a more angst-filled expression of our favorite vampire.
Full facial repaint and shading as well as extensive hair style make over to replicate the features of Robert Pattinson's character and the delicate nuances of his epxression from this third Twilight installment.
The inset photo on the bottom portion shows the mass produced version of the Edward Cullen as it was originally released.
Repaint is a new form of pop art, wherein the doll's face is treated like a three dimensional canvas, with the added challenge of painting within a very small area and an even greater challenge of recreating a real person's likeness. Since dolls are basically miniature pieces, brush strokes and shading have to be very controlled and precise.

I've already looked at a couple of the doll pictures...I like what I see. I'll admit, I'm a bit creeped out by how so..realistic, they look. It's so uncanny. But, that only means you did a very good job. It's way better than the originals. Job well done.
I'm definitely not a fan of the movie or the actor, but this is absolutely stunning! I haven't heard of repainting dolls like that, it sounds really cool. I would never be able to do it though, lol. XD
