This year marks the 50th anniversary of the classic favorite "Breakfast at Tiffany's. As a special tribute, I am pleased to create a custom face up of Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly.
Full facial repaint and shading as well as extensive hair style make over to replicate the features of Ms. Hepburn as Holly as she appeared in the movie.
The inset photo on the bottom portion shows the mass produced version of the doll as it was originally released.
Repaint is a new form of pop art, wherein the doll's face is treated like a three dimensional canvas, with the added challenge of painting within a very small area and an even greater challenge of recreating a real person's likeness. Since dolls are basically miniature pieces, brush strokes and shading have to be very controlled and precise.

Now THAT´S Audrey! LitlMomma said it all: you turn lifeless eyes into real soulful real eyes! You´re just great! This Audrey is a true work of art! Inspirational!
OKAY... so... this is... SO FAR... my fave repaint! You give lifeless eyes the gift of soul! I am simply amazed and just cannot get over the amount of talent and patience this has to take! Wonderful job!
You always seem to get the actual essence of the person in your repaints. The befores are such poor copies, so obviously "doll-like." Your afters are like a miniature of the actual person. You get the inner light. Wonderful.
Great job on the re-paint!
